When I talk about "Take", Im talking about knowledge, experience, networking, friendships, ideas etc. What was your "take" from FDIC? I hope everyone who attends comes away with SOMETHING... if you didn't / don't, it's your own fault. I'm curious as to what it was for you (the "take").

Maybe, without even knowing; we are dragging these cancer causing agents around with us... depositing them everywhere we go. In our rigs, back to the station, in the bunk room beside our bed at nights.

If we are not learning every day, we are wasting our time. It's our duty to learn and evolve on or ahead of the same pace that the situations and challenges we face daily are. If we don't, we are destined to fail. It's an up hill battle and one that, at a minimum; requires dedication, determination, discipline and desire.

I don't have to hear a bunch of bitching and crying when I say we have to do this or that. They know I wouldn't ask something of them unless it was necessary for one reason or another.

Who’s going to FDIC this year? The Fire Critic, Firefighter Wife, Model City Firefighter and I will be there and have we got the ticket for you!!!   Yea, FDIC is all about learning and you wont find better classes or instructors anywhere else. What’s even better is that, once again; on Friday night we’re giving you the perfect chance ...
