We will actually be heading up a few days early. Rhett will be leading the Social Media crew this year while I'll be working with Dave Statter and the Production team. We shouldn't be too hard to find so, if you're attending; be sure to look us up and say hello.

TRUST ME ... it's NOT an easy thing to do. Especially in a Department like ours. I'll go back to those two words.... TRAINING and DISCIPLINE. I applaud the effort and calls our guys are making out here on the street ... they're getting it RIGHT and our members are going home the next morning.

The  Roanoke Rampage  football team got our 1st win yesterday against the South Carolina Commanders… final score 21-8 This is the 2nd season for the newly formed Rampage and our 1st victory in 6 games. Yea .. I learned a lot from those days ... good and bad. That brings me back to the note.
