The Family’s Heart felt “Thanks”

With his passing still heavy on her heart and mind, Todd's mother sat down yesterday to attempt to write "Thank You" cards. She was simply overwhelmed by the number of Firefighters and the distances they had traveled. It's a true testament to the "Brotherhood" we firefighters share and it never ceases to amaze me.

3rd Child dies following fatal Galax, Va house fire

My thoughts and prayers are with the Delp family as well as with the firefighters and First Responders who made a valiant effort in attempting their rescue. I know some of the responders personally and have spoken with them. Obviously, their hearts are heavy but it appears they have a good support network in place and are utilizing it.
